AMAZING HOSPITALITY

I came in the other day to find myself a car, as my other one had broken down on me. I met up with Everett, who was not your typical salesman in the best way possible. Everett was not pushy and didn't force anything on me (which was a breath of fresh air). He was genuinely interested in what sort of things I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me ones that fit the description I gave him. He explained how things worked including the car, the bill of sale, and the available packages from start to finish. Jen, who was on the finance side of things was wonderful as well. She was very good at explaining everything in a way that I could understand it and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. As a first-time dealership buyer, I was very happy with my experience at Sundance. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED

I live in Calgary, but I got in touch with Sundance Mazda originally because my sister-in-law works there. I was looking for a new or lightly used Mazda 3. Although my sister-in-law did all the original questioning for me, I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service I was provided. I dealt with Martin working out the details of my purchase, and who gave me a fantastic price. Brad in financing was especially friendly and helped us fill out all of the paperwork. Although he presented all of the options (extended warranty, etc.) I did not feel pressured into purchasing. Riaz was also exceptional in showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle. He answered all of my questions easily and thoroughly, and I left feeling confident with my purchase. I would recommend visiting Sundance Mazda if you're in the market for a vehicle.

A GOOD EXPERIENCE

I recently purchased my 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Sundance Mazda. It was my first time getting a car from a dealership, so I was ready for all kinds of pressure sales tactics. And then I met Ryan, hands down the best sales guy you will ever come across in a dealership. He never pressured me into buying right away (or even buying at all), made sure the cost meets my budget and gave me the best trade-in value I got offered from a dealership.He made everything easy for me to be able to decide which model trim, color, and package I will get. Also a big shout out to Hope who dealt with me via email for my inquiries, she is very nice and answered all my questions in a very detailed and polite way and was not pushy at all. She handled the final delivery of the car, made sure I am happy with my purchase even at the last minute. The whole process went very smooth and was a good experience for me. Overall very impressed with this dealership (and staff) the way they handled all transactions with me. Would definitely recommend this place.
